At Alma Carpentry and Construction, we understand every project is unique that is why we offer a one-to-one personalised service. We focus on custom building, carpentry, joinery, and shop fitting as we understand that there is no one solution for each project and we believe the only way to achieve this is to work closely with our clients to understand their values, vision and budget when planning their project.

With over 18 years’ experience ranging from remedial construction, custom luxury home building (single and multi-residential), detailed federation carpentry, high end joinery and commercial fit-out. Tim Ray can accomplish any project.

Over the years Tim has worked with different companies and has seen the standard way of running projects which do not necessarily result in the best experience for the client. He prides himself on the systems and procedures that he evolved over time. Clients will work with us to ensure the best experience and minimise stress during their project as a key to any project is the partnership with the client.

When we manage every project as if it was our own. We always try to minimise dust and section off the areas where we are working when possible to limit the disruption and mess for our clients.

Extensions & Renovations

If it’s either a simple update, a whole new room or removing a wall to make an open living plan, we can make it happen. We work with engineers & architects to bring your dream to a reality.

We believe the kitchen is not just the heart of the home, it must have a great workflow through great design to make day to day life and entertaining a breeze.

Bathrooms & Laundries

We realise the importance of your bathroom and laundry space, that is why we offer and all trades in one contract, so you have less to worry about and organise. We supply a certificate of waterproofing when renovating wet areas to give you the peace of mind. When you are part of a strata they will require a certificate of waterproofing for any works to be approved in any wet areas.

All aspects of Joinery

We bring your inspirations alive for your house, if it’s an Outdoor BBQ, kitchen space, Built in robes, TV cabinets, understairs storage, floating shelves, open shelving, vanities, wall paneling, office desks, storage space and commercial joinery.

Decks & Pergolas

We love to show our experience with solid timber decking, composite decking, Versiclad pergolas and polycarbonate pergolas to best enhance your outdoor space.

Autex acoustics installations, joinery and refurbishment of facilities.

Commercial Fit Outs
